Lochnagar

On Saturday 13th December, 7 of us climbed Lochnagar ascending via the Loch Muick car park route and descending via Glas-allt-Shiel. The trip was co-ordinated by Chris joined by Moira, Tim, Susan, James, Iain (with his 2 dogs) and recent new member Robert on his first club outing.

Cold, still, sunny, crisp and clear at the start.....

But things got a lot colder and murkier at the top!

It was tough going in the snow but Iain entertained us with his inflatable sledge on the descent via Glas-allt (I'm just working out how to post video).

Total distance 19km, 900m ascent, time taken 7.5 hours.
